We offer free shipping on all orders over €39.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes. Did not receive an email? First, check your junk mail or spam folder.
If the confirmation cannot be found here either, please contact us via our email address. Our customer service will then check the status of your order and help you find your order confirmation.

In general, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. In most cases, we do our best to ship it on the same business day.
After the order has been shipped, the courier service will handle the delivery. All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends.

After we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from the courier service with information on how to track your order.
If you want to make a change, it must be done through the respective courier service, as we no longer have control over the delivery once the order has left our warehouse.

Except for damaged, worn, or washed items, we do not currently cover the costs for returning a product to us.
We recommend sending the item via a registered delivery method so that you can always track it.
Montcho is not liable for returned goods that never arrived at our warehouse or were damaged, worn, or washed during their return.

Let us know immediately if there is anything wrong with the received items. Please contact our customer service via one of the options at the bottom of the page and always mention:

It may happen that an item does not fully meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your order, for example because it does not fit, customer service is happy to help you find a solution. Please contact us via email for this.
Of course, you can return the item within 30 days and will receive a full refund. PLEASE NOTE! The item must comply with our hygiene guidelines. Read more about this under the heading 'returns'.

As soon as we have received your item back in our warehouse, a check will take place based on the reason on the return slip.
After approval, we will send you a confirmation email and refund the purchase amount. You will also receive a message about this as soon as possible if the products are not approved.
Refunds are processed automatically via the payment method you used to place your original order. This can take up to 10 business days, depending on the issuer of your payment method.

For exchanging items, we apply the following rules; please review them before you want to exchange items:
Only unused, undamaged, unworn, and unwashed products, which are in the same condition as you received them, can be exchanged. The products must be returned in the original undamaged packaging (thus with all labels, tags, seals, etc.).
The items are assessed by our experts. The inspection is carried out strictly because they are hygiene products, but it is fair.
We do our utmost to send the orders to you in a careful, quick, and neat manner, and we assume that you appreciate this and that any return by you will be sent back to us in the same way.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days. Once we have approved the refund, the payment will be processed through your individual payment provider.
From that moment on, we have no control over the refund. Still haven't received anything after 10 working days? Please contact us via one of the options at the bottom of the page.
