We offer free shipping on all orders!
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes. Didn't receive an email? First check the spam or junk mail folder.
If the confirmation cannot be found here either, please contact us via our email address. Our customer service will then check the status of your order and help you find your order confirmation.
Generally, orders ship within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. In most cases we do our best to ship this on the same working day.
After the order has been shipped, the courier service will arrange delivery. All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends.
After we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from the courier service with information on how to track your order.
If you wish to make a change this must be done via the relevant courier service as we no longer have control over delivery once the order has left our warehouse.
Returns
With the exception of damaged, worn or washed items, we do not currently cover the costs of returning a product to us.
We recommend sending the item via registered delivery method so you can always track it.
Montcho is not liable for returned goods that never arrived at our warehouse or are damaged. worn or washed during their return.
Please let us know immediately if there is anything wrong with items received. Contact our customer service via one of the options at the bottom of the page and always mention:
Order number
Name of the damaged item
Description of the damage
It may of course happen that an article does not fully meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your order, for example because it does not fit, customer service will be happy to help you find a solution. Please contact us by email.
Of course, you can return the item within 30 days and receive a full refund. NB! The article must meet our hygiene guidelines. Read more about this under the heading 'returns'.
As soon as we have received your item back in our warehouse, a check will take place based on the reason on the return slip.
After approval, we will send you a confirmation email and you will receive a refund of the purchase price. Even if the products are not approved, you will receive a message about this as soon as possible.
Refunds will be made automatically via the payment method you used to place your original order. This will take up to 10 business days, depending on the issuer of your payment method.
We apply the following rules for exchanging items, please read them before you want to exchange items:
Only unused, undamaged, unworn and unwashed products, which are in the same condition as you received them, can be exchanged. The products must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging (i.e. with all labels, cards, seals, etc.).
The articles are assessed by our experts. The inspection is strictly carried out because it concerns hygiene items, but it is fair.
We do our utmost to send orders to you in a careful, fast and neat manner, and we assume that you appreciate this and in the event of any > exchange is returned to us by you in the same manner.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days. Once we have approved the refund, the payment will be made through your individual payment provider.
