We offer free shipping on all orders!

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes. Didn't receive an email? Please check your spam or junk mail folder first.

If the confirmation is not found here either, please contact us via our email address. Our customer service will then check the status of your order and help you find your order confirmation.

Generally, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. In most cases, we do our best to ship on the same business day.

After the order has been shipped, the courier service will take care of the delivery. All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends.

After we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from the courier with information on how to track your order.

If you wish to make a change, this must be done via the relevant courier service as we no longer have control over delivery once the order has left our warehouse.

Returns

With the exception of damaged, worn or washed items, we do not currently cover the cost of returning a product to us.

We recommend sending the item via a registered delivery method so you can track it at all times.

Montcho is not liable for returned goods that never arrived at our warehouse or are damaged, worn or washed during their return.

Please let us know immediately if there is anything wrong with the items you received. Contact our customer service via one of the options at the bottom of the page and always mention:

Order number
Name of the damaged item
Description of the damage

Of course, it can happen that an article does not fully meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your order, for example because it does not fit, customer service will be happy to help you find a solution. Please contact us by email.

Of course you can return the item within 30 days and you will then receive the full purchase price back. PLEASE NOTE! The item must comply with our hygiene guidelines. Read more about this under the heading 'returns'.

Once we have received your item back in our warehouse, it will be checked against the reason on the return slip.

After approval we will send you a confirmation email and you will receive the purchase amount back. Even if the products are not approved you will receive a message about this as soon as possible.

Refunds will be processed automatically via the payment method you used to place your original order. This may take up to 10 business days, depending on your payment method issuer.

We apply the following rules for exchanging items, please read them before you want to exchange items:

Only unused, undamaged, unworn and unwashed products, which are in the same condition as you received them, can be exchanged. The products must be returned in the original undamaged packaging (so with all labels, tags, seals etc.).

The articles are assessed by our experts. The control is carried out strictly because it concerns hygiene articles, but are fair.

We do our utmost to send orders to you in a careful, fast and neat manner, and we assume that you appreciate this and that in the event of a trade-in, it will be returned to us in the same manner.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days. After we approve the refund, the payout will be processed through your individual payment provider.
