What are the shipping costs?
For deliveries within the Netherlands & Belgium, we charge €3.95 shipping costs. For international shipments, the costs can be checked during the second step of the checkout process.

For deliveries within Germany, we charge €5.95 shipping costs.

What shipping options do you offer?
We work with DHL and PostNL and offer two shipping options, depending on the destination country. You can choose to have your package delivered to your home or pick it up at a DHL/PostNL pickup point. We continuously review our shipping methods to ensure you receive your order in the most suitable way.

What is the delivery time?
Deliveries within the Netherlands & Belgium are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after placing the order. During busy periods, such as Black Friday, Christmas & sale periods, it may take a little longer for you to receive your order. After shipping, our logistics partners DHL or PostNL will handle the delivery. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Please note: we do not deliver on weekends.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from DHL or PostNL with information on tracking your order. If you want to make any changes, this must be done through the delivery services, as once the order has left our warehouse, we no longer have control over the delivery.

Do you also ship internationally?
In principle, we can ship our products worldwide from our warehouse in the Netherlands. If we cannot deliver an order, we will contact you and provide a full refund.

Do I have to pay customs fees?
All orders within the European Union are exempt from customs fees. However, for orders outside the EU, customs and import duties may apply. Any additional customs costs are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these costs and cannot predict their amount. Please consult your country's customs and import policy to see if extra charges are likely to be applied.
