What are the shipping costs?
For deliveries within the Netherlands & Belgium we charge €4.99 shipping costs. For international shipments the costs can be checked during the second step of the checkout process.


What shipping options do you offer?

We work together with DHL and PostNL and offer two shipping options depending on the country of destination. You can choose to have your package delivered to your home or pick it up at a DHL/PostNL drop-off point. We continuously review our shipping methods to ensure you receive your order in the most suitable way.


What is the shipping time?

Normally orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after placing the order. During busy periods, such as Black Friday, December & sales periods, it may take a little longer for you to receive your order. After shipping, our logistic partners DHL or PostNL will take care of the delivery. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Please note: we do not deliver during the weekend.


Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from DHL or PostNL with information about tracking your order. Should you wish to change anything, this must be done via the delivery services, as once the order has left our warehouse, we no longer have control over the delivery.


Do you ship internationally?
In principle we can ship our products worldwide from our warehouse in the Netherlands. If we are unable to deliver an order, we will contact you and give you a full refund.


Do I have to pay customs charges?

All orders within the European Union are exempt from customs charges. However, for orders outside the EU, customs and import duties may apply. Any additional charges for customs are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please consult your country's customs and import policies to see if additional charges are likely to apply.
