Can I exchange/return my items?

Montcho finds it extremely important that you are satisfied with your purchase and we do our utmost to deliver our products to you in the most efficient way. If you wish to return (part of) your order, you can revoke your order within 30 days after (full) delivery, without giving a reason. After revocation, you have another 14 days to return the item to us.

For returning items, we do follow the rules below, please review these before sending items back:

Only unused, undamaged, unworn, and unwashed products that are in the same condition as you received them can be returned and refunded. The products must be sent back in their original undamaged packaging (with all labels, tags, seals).

The items are assessed by us. Our experts then examine both the packaging and the item to determine whether it has been used, washed, or opened. The inspection is carried out strictly because it concerns hygiene products, but it is fair.

We do our utmost to send the orders to you in a careful, quick, and neat manner, and we assume that you appreciate this and will return any items in the same way if necessary. If this is unfortunately not the case, we will be forced to charge costs for this.

Swap

Step 1:

Send an email to: info@montcho.nlIn the email, indicate which order number it concerns and which items you would like to exchange. The items you want to exchange can be returned, and on the return form, indicate that it is an exchange and which items you would like to exchange.

Step 2:

After we receive your message about exchanging, you will receive a return label from us (via email). Returning for the purpose of exchanging is free of charge once in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Step 3:

Upon receipt and processing of your return shipment, you will receive the replacement products as soon as possible. To process everything as quickly and accurately as possible and to be able to send you the replacement products, we kindly ask you to fill out our return form as completely as possible and send it along.

Returns

Step 1:

To cancel your order, you can send an email to info@montcho.nlWe kindly ask you to indicate in the email which order number and items it concerns.

Step 2:

After we have received your message about returning – revoking, you will receive a one-time return label from us via email, which you can use to return an order. Returns in the Netherlands and Belgium are free (the shipping label we sent via email). For returns from other countries, you will need to arrange the return shipment yourself.

Step 3:

Upon receipt of your return shipment, you will receive a confirmation from us and information about the further processing. After processing the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days at the latest. Any costs for returning the item will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
