Can I exchange/return my items?

Montcho finds it extremely important that you are satisfied with your purchase and we do our utmost to deliver our products to you in the most efficient way. If you want to return (part of) your order, you can cancel your order within 30 days after (full) delivery, without giving a reason. After cancellation, you then have another 14 days to return the article to us.

We do apply the following rules for returning items, please read them before returning items:

Only unused, undamaged, unworn and unwashed products, which are in the same condition as you received them, can be returned and refunded. The products must be returned in the original undamaged packaging (so with all labels, tags, seals).

The articles are assessed by us. Our experts then look at both the packaging and the article and determine whether it has been used, washed or opened. The check is carried out strictly because it concerns hygiene articles, but it is fair.

We do our utmost to send the orders to you in a careful, fast and neat way, and we assume that you appreciate this and that in case of a return shipment you will send it back to us in the same way. If this is unexpectedly not the case, we are forced to charge costs for this.

Swap

Step 1:

Send an email to: info@montcho.nl . Indicate in the email which order number it concerns and which items you want to trade in. You can return the items you want to trade in and indicate on the return form that it concerns a trade-in and which items you would like to trade in.

Step 2:

After we have received your message about exchange, you will receive (via e-mail) a return label from us. Returns in connection with exchanges are free once in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Step 3:

After receiving and processing your return shipment, you will receive the replacement products as soon as possible. In order to process everything as quickly and flawlessly as possible and to be able to send you the replacement products, we request that you fill in our return form as completely as possible and send it along.

Returns

Step 1:

To cancel your order, you can send an email to info@montcho.nl . We kindly request that you indicate in the email which order number and items it concerns.

Step 2:

After we have received your message about return - revoke, you will receive a one-time return label from us by e-mail with which you can return an order. Returns in the Netherlands and Belgium are free (the shipping label sent by us by e-mail). For returns from other countries, you must arrange the return shipment yourself.

Step 3:

After receiving your return shipment, you will receive a confirmation from us and a message about the further handling. After processing the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days. Any costs of returning will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
