Can I exchange/return my items?

Montcho considers it extremely important that you are satisfied with your purchase and we do our utmost to deliver our products to you in the most efficient way. If you want to return (part of) your order, you can cancel your order within 30 days after (full) delivery, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you then have 14 days to send the item back to us.

For returning items, we apply the following rules; please review them before sending items back:

Only unused, undamaged, unworn, and unwashed products that are in the same condition as you received them can be returned and refunded. The products must be sent back in the original undamaged packaging (including all labels, tags, seals).

The items will be assessed by us. Our experts will examine both the packaging and the item to determine if it has been used, washed, or opened. The inspection is strict because these are hygiene products, but it is fair.

We do our best to send orders carefully, quickly, and neatly to you, and we expect that you appreciate this and return items to us in the same manner. If this is not the case, we will be forced to charge costs for this.

Exchanging

Step 1:

Send an email to: klantenservice@montcho.nl. Indicate in the email which order number it concerns and which items you want to exchange. You can send back the items you want to exchange and indicate on the return form that it is an exchange and which items you would like to receive in exchange.

Step 2:

After we receive your exchange request, you will receive a return label from us by email. Returning items for exchange is free once in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Step 3:

After receiving and processing your return shipment, you will receive the replacement products as soon as possible. To process everything as quickly and accurately as possible and to send you the replacement products, we ask you to fill out our return form as completely as possible and include it with your return.

Returning

Step 1:

To cancel your order, you can send an email to klantenservice@montcho.nl. Please indicate in the email which order number and items it concerns.

Step 2:

After we receive your return/cancellation request, you will receive a one-time return label by email with which you can return an order. Returning items within the Netherlands and Belgium is free (using the shipping label we send by email). For returns from other countries, you must arrange the return shipment yourself.

Step 3:

After receiving your return shipment, you will receive a confirmation from us and information about the further handling. After processing the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days at the latest. Any costs of returning the items will be deducted from the refund amount.

To process everything as quickly and accurately as possible, we ask you to fill out our return form as completely as possible and include it with your return. Thank you in advance!
